Nick hails from Maryland, USA originally and has extensive experience in communication, customer service and problem solving through his previous roles as a cable dispatcher in the US, English teacher in South Korea and Restaurant Manager in New Lynn. All skills and experiences which are the backbone of a great Property Manager.
Keen to put his skills to good use, Nick has recently spent time as a Maintenance Coordinator for a property management company, where he conducted inspections, arranged maintenance and coordinated with tradespeople and owners for over 500 properties. He is extremely organised, has excellent time management and is highly motivated and disciplined to ensure the properties in his care are well maintained and looked after. He enjoys creating and nurturing respectful relationships with both his tenants and landlords, something he believes is crucial to ensuring the longevity in the partnership.
Nick has a warm and friendly personality, a great sense of humour and is equipped with the skills and experience to complement our team. We are thrilled to have him on board and we look forward to assisting our community.
